Bio:
Growing up, he idolized his parents for their work in CCG; they were strong, cool and helped society. Humans could feel safer with the CCG on the job. When his father almost met a fate that would end his life, Shou decided that he wanted to join them. He couldn't think of a life without his parents and wanted to help protect humans, his parents. He enrolled himself into CCG training and during his final year of training, his friend was brutally murdered and digested by a ghoul because he was not strong enough to defeat the ghoul. This drove him to become stronger and stronger, knocking others down in his path, killing ghoul after ghoul to prove to himself that he is strong enough.

Personality:
Shou gives off an optimistic and warm feeling, wearing a smile wherever he goes. His optimism is compensation for his doubts he has about himself. Shou does not like letting others past his false naive facade. Underneath, his thinking is very black and white, good or wrong, just or unjust. There is no gray area to him. He has a bleak outlook on life and is quite the pessimist, shrugging off the kindness of others as pity or a business necessity. When it comes to ghouls, he absolutely despises them and feels they will betray your trust. He will lose all kindness and warmth when taking down a ghoul. It can be an unnerving experience to watch him at work.
